You can send photos when you personalise your keepsake or share them later. Please only share photos you have permission to use.

Yes. You’ll review your design before it is made. Your order or custom quote explains what is included and how revisions work, so you can check the scene, outfits, and personal details before approving it.

Our standard sofa scene has a clear price for each size. Personalise it and pay securely through Stripe. For a different scene, extra people or more complex details, request a custom quote. We confirm the full cost before you pay.

We confirm your design and delivery timing with your order or custom quote. If you have an anniversary, wedding, or another date in mind, include it in your request so we can plan around it with you.

Of course, you can request a scene with your pet. Include a clear photo and any details that matter, such as their markings or favourite spot. A pet add-on is available for the standard sofa scene. Extra figures and more complex details can be quoted as a custom scene.

You can request delivery to your partner or to yourself. Gift packaging, a message, delivery destinations, and any extra costs will be discussed and confirmed with your order or custom quote. We will also check the delivery address with you before production.

Your photos are stored privately and used to understand your request. We do not publish them or use them for marketing without your separate permission. If a design provider needs your photos to make the agreed design, we will discuss that with you after the quote. You can request deletion through the quote form, referencing your existing request reference.
