These terms apply to browsing this website, purchasing a standard keepsake, and requesting a custom quote from LittleUsKeepsakes.

Standard keepsakes

Our standard sofa keepsake has a price based on your selected size and whether you add a pet. It includes two personalised people in the sofa scene, your inscription, and Australian delivery. Check your configuration and the total before continuing to Stripe’s hosted checkout.

A different scene, substantial pose changes, several animals, or more involved details need a custom quote. Notes submitted with a standard purchase do not automatically include additional bespoke work; we discuss any change in scope and its cost with you before that work begins.

Custom requests

Sending a custom request asks for an individual quote. It does not place an order or take a payment. We may ask for more information to work out the details of your keepsake.

Your individual quote

Your custom quote sets out the design, size, materials or finish, full price, delivery costs, review process, payment arrangement, and estimated timing. Review the quote before deciding to pay. If a quote expires or needs to change, ask for an updated quote.

Payments and confirmation

Stripe processes payments on its checkout page. A saved request reference confirms that your details were received; your private request page shows the payment status once Stripe confirms it. Keep that link private and retain your reference for questions about your order.

Photos and personalisation

Please provide accurate information and only upload photos or other material that you have permission to use for the request. We may decline material or requests that cannot be used appropriately or produced reliably. Photo handling is explained in our privacy notice.

Review and approval

You review your design before it is made. Check names, dates, outfits, and other personal details when approving the design. We explain the included review process and agree any additional work with you before charging for it.

Timing, gifts, and delivery

Tell us any special date you have in mind. We confirm production timing and delivery details with you before production. Standard keepsakes include Australian delivery; destinations and delivery costs for custom designs are set out in the individual quote. Ask about a gift message or delivery directly to your person.

Changes, cancellation, and problems

Ask promptly if you need to change or cancel a personalised order, particularly before approving the design. We will discuss the options based on the work already completed. If something is wrong, contact us through the custom request form and include your request reference. Nothing in these website terms is intended to remove rights that apply under relevant consumer law.

Website availability

If the form shows an error, check the message before trying again. If your details were saved but checkout could not open, retry from the same page or your private request link. Check the payment status before attempting another payment.
