Send clear face and outfit photos of each person. Separate photos are fine. Include any names, date or inscription you would like on the base.

What kind of photos should I send?
Clear photos of each person’s face are a good start. Add a photo of the two of you together if you have one, plus any outfits or little details you would like us to include. You can send photos when you personalise your keepsake or share them later. Please only share photos you have permission to use.
Will I see the design before it is made?
Yes. You’ll review your design before it is made. Your order or custom quote explains what is included and how revisions work, so you can check the scene, outfits, and personal details before approving it.
How much does a keepsake cost?
Our standard sofa scene has a clear price for each size. Personalise it and pay securely through Stripe. For a different scene, extra people or more complex details, request a custom quote. We confirm the full cost before you pay.
How long does it take?
We confirm your design and delivery timing with your order or custom quote. If you have an anniversary, wedding, or another date in mind, include it in your request so we can plan around it with you.
